Dortmund given a lesson in Tai Chi in Shanghai

Borussia Dortmund[1] have been getting a flavour for Chinese culture on their pre-season trip to Shanghai.

A day after trying their hand at calligraphy, giving local favourite Kickball a go, and visiting the club’s EVONIK football school[3], some of the BVB players where up with the lark on Tuesday morning, partaking in a rooftop session of Tai Chi.

The players needed to unwind after this exhilarating round of Kickball between Ousmane Dembele[4] and Marcel Schmelzer[5]:

Later in the week, Dortmund will travel south to Shenzhen, Guangdong, where they are scheduled to face Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City FC in the ‘International Champions Cup’ on 28 July.
